PURCHASING PRODUCTS

• Products will only be shipped once full payment of purchase price and shipping has been received
• Freight is payable by customer
• While we aim to have products in stock ready for imeadiate dispatch this is not alway posible. Customer will be informed of expected turn around time at point of sale prior to invoice being payable.

RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

• Freight is payable by customer for return on any product for refund or exchange
• Product must be in brand new condition to qualify for a refund.
• Some products are non-refundable, please contact us before returning an products
• ROCK RACKS charge a $35 admin/restocking fee for any return or exchange product
